To reserve a tour with us, you must provide contact information like name, address and email address, financial information (like credit card number and expiration date or checking account information). We also request demographic information such as date of birth, passport number, flight information and information about your travel partners. This information is used as necessary for purposes of reserving your accommodations, transportation, and activities during your tour and for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
